First you have to sync your LinkedIn page with your Hootsuite account, and then you can schedule various types of posts: images, text, and videos.

After logging in to Hootsuite, you will see the dashboard. After clicking the “New Post” button on the top right corner of the screen, you will have to connect and authorize your LinkedIn profile. Click on the “Select a social network field” and choose LinkedIn. Once you have connected Hootsuite to your LinkedIn account, you can start scheduling posts.
